Part 2--Alvin C. Bush talks briefly about the process for becoming an affiliate of Penn State. Dr. Robert Breuder passes on remarks from Governor Casey about this new affiliation and talks about his own visit to Penn State. Additionally, he talked about purchasing Penn State merchandise with the Penn State logo and finally presented Dr. Jordan and other Penn State representatives with the first Penn College sweatshirts.
