Daryl Kehrer is an Air Force veteran who attended Williamsport Area Community College fro 1970-1972, earning an associates of liberal arts degree. As a student he was active in the Program to Advance Veteran Education (PAVE.) His career was spent representing veterans in various capacities in Washington, D.C. He serve on the Committee for Veterans' Affairs in both the U.S. House and Senate and was instrumental in passing the Mongomery G.I. Bill. Interview conducted on 11/4/2014.
