During this session, staff from Educational & Emerging Technologies will guide participants through a hands-on session on how to configure and use the attendance tools embedded within P.L.A.T.O. In addition, tools for automation, grading and monitoring student progress will be discussed. Upon successful completion of this session, participants should be able to:
understand best practices for documenting student attendance;
compare options for taking attendance in P.L.A.T.O.;
develop an attendance register using P.L.A.T.O.'s native attendance-taking tool;
set up and configure the You Attend attendance tool; and
discuss alternatives for grading attendance in P.L.A.T.O.
